glowmke will accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of the purchase date. This excludes sale items.

Products will be eligible for return if they meet the following requirements:

- the product must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that it was received

- the product must be in new, sellable condition

- all parts and accessories must be included

- you must ship the items being returned in a stuffed shipping box to avoid damage

All returns will be inspected prior to fulfilling the refund. This will be done as soon as possible upon receiving the return. Any returns that do not meet the requirements will be void.

Your return will be someone else's new Milwaukee neon to show off. Please respect the process and your fellow humans.
